Location of Devine is 34.4 miles Southwest of downtown San Antonio on Interstate-35.

From San Antonio, take Interstate-35 South and exit Devine/Hwy 173. Head west or right on Hwy 173/East Hondo Ave. This takes you straight to downtown.

From Laredo, take Interstate-35 North and exit Devine/Hwy 173. Head west or left on Hwy 173/East Hondo Ave. This takes you straight to downtown.
